Terms and Conditions

To enter and to be eligible to win the grand prize or any other form of prize. Entrants must comply with the following conditions during the Contest Period: The competition commences on 13 October 2023 at 08:00 Namibian time and closes on 12 November 2023 at 11:59 pm Namibian time. After this date and time, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

  • Each participant needs to complete all the questions with regard to the le Soccer JOL Côte d’Ivoire competition

  • You need to have all correct answers from questions 1 to 6

  • You need to be of age 18 years or older

  • You or a direct member of your family living in the same household needs to be a DSTV or GoTV subscriber

  • You and your companion need to have a valid Namibia Travel Passport, valid for at least one year as of 12 November 2023 as well as have or qualify for all Visa application requirements, should you be the lucky winner. Should the Visa application be unsuccessful due to your credit references or NOT meeting the Visa requirements, the prize cannot be refunded

  • You need to be available to travel from dates 10 January 2024 to 14 February 2024

  • No individual who is a direct family member of any of our media partners may enter

  • No employee or direct family member linked to NMH, Newsprint, Synergi Marketing, or InTouch may participate

  • The grand prize or any other form of prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for "cash"

  • Each participant can enter more than once, but not submit more than 100 entries

  • All participating finalist give permission to use their names and photos for marketing executions linked to le Soccer JOL Côte d’Ivoire

  • The winner and its companion give permission to any media partners and NMH to use their le Soccer JOL Côte d’Ivoire experience material linked to print media, digital and social media, TV, Radio, or any other multimedia platform

  • The winner and its companion undertake to travel to Ivory Coast at their own risk after NMH has made all the necessary arrangements and covered all costs linked to the "all expenses paid le Soccer JOL Côte d’Ivoire" experience as defined by NMH. Their decision is final

  • The Winner and their companion must be physically capable of traveling to the destination they have won i.e be travel fit.

  • The winner and its companion will give their utmost commitment and cooperation to streamline to Visa application process prior to the departure date

  • The competition closes on 12 November 2023 at 23:59

  • Top 5 Finalist will be notified via the mobile number and email address submitted by close of business on 13 November 2023 and have 24 Hours to acknowledge participation as a finalist

  • The Top 5 finalists will have to be available to attend the Grand Finale on Thursday, 23 November 2023 to determine the lucky winner

  • The management committee of this competition decision is final
